Points to be checked by TENANT/LICENSEE/LESSEE

1. Ownership of the property: Before entering into a rent/ lease agreement one should check the title and ownership of the property with clarity that is clear and the agreement with whom they are signing are the sole owners of the property.

2. Tenant/Licensee/Lessee should check whether previous due on the property intending to rent are clear.

3. At the time of signing the agreement below points should be clear in commercial terms for hassle free relations

1. Tenant/Licensee/Lessee profile should be properly checked knowing his native place, family and work place.

2. Owner should have details information with proper KYC like Pan Card, Aadhar Card , Passport copy (FOR NRI, PIO, and EXPATS)also the work place if available.

3. Police verification should be compulsorily done.
